Products and Services By offering you a greater range of products, services and financing solutions, we can open the door to more sales for your dealership and a healthier bottom line. Products include: - Broad credit spectrum for financing from super-prime to non-prime
- Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP): GAP is a product that is beneficial to the dealer and the consumer offering collateral protection in the event of a total insurance loss due to collision or theft. GAP products are available through a strategic alliance with OwnerGUARD.
- GE Money - Warranty Services is now part of the Wachovia Dealer Services family of companies.
We now offer a suite of GE Money - Warranty Services F&I after-market products and services, including:
- Vehicle Service Contracts (VSCs). Includes ten program levels from exclusionary to stated coverage.
VSC Features and Benefits - Full Roadside Assistance (towing, lock-out, fuel delivery) with every policy
- Complete line of paperless e-services for your dealership from the GE Money - Warranty Services website
- Dedicated customer service representatives
- Online claim handling time averaging less than 4 minutes
- Phone-in claim handling times averaging 6-8 minutes
- Credit card payment within 2 hours of receiving receipt on authorized claims
- Dealer Reinsurance. Maximizes underwriting profits and earns investment income on reserves that are held to pay claims.
- Earnings Plus Elite - Dealer Participation Program. Increases the profits on vehicle service contract sales via simple qualifications, enhancing your business earnings.
- For WheelSM - Tire & Wheel Programs. Includes more than 30,000 participating tire and wheel service centers across the U.S. and Canada.
- Quality PlusTM Certified Program. Is a dealer certified pre-owned warranty program designed for independent dealers. It provides a multi-point inspection checklist and comprehensive coverage on most major parts including powertrain components.
- OEM Solutions. Private-label Vehicle Service Contract programs that can include a bundle of other F&I after-market products.
